How much does Eklavvya cost?
Eklavvya is priced per exam credit on an annual subscription, starting free for 25 credits.
One exam credit covers one candidate sitting one exam. Professional and Enterprise pricing depends on how many credits you need and which modules you enable, so both are quoted against your requirement. Use the calculator above to size your credit requirement, or email info@eklavvya.com.
What is an exam credit?
One exam credit equals one candidate attempting one exam.
If 100 candidates sit a single exam, that is 100 credits. If you hold 1,000 credits, that is 1,000 candidates sitting one exam each, or 500 candidates sitting two exams each. Credits are not restricted to a particular subject, department or exam type.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Free plan includes 25 exam credits at no cost and no card is required.
It is a working account rather than a time-limited demo, so you can build a question bank, schedule a real exam and capture candidate images. Moving to a paid plan carries your existing question bank and candidate data over.
What is the difference between the Free and Professional plans?
Professional adds reporting, API integration, multi-language exams and custom certificates on top of everything in Free.
Specifically: result reports, assessment analytics, API integration, exams in multiple languages, custom certificates, and 10 GB of storage instead of 1 GB. Both plans include all five assessment types and candidate image capture.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise includes everything in Professional plus the AI assessment suite, advanced proctoring, on-screen evaluation and white labelling.
That covers AI interviews and admission interviews, AI question bank generation, AI descriptive evaluation, generative AI assessments, AI image, video, audio and 360° proctoring, the proctoring API, on-screen marking, centre-based exams, a hybrid Android app, a learning management system, domain-specific question banks, workflow customisations and on-premise deployment. Pricing depends on which of these you enable.
Can I add Eklavvya proctoring to my own exam platform?
Yes — the proctoring API lets any assessment application use Eklavvya proctoring without moving its exams onto Eklavvya. It is an Enterprise feature.
Your platform continues to deliver the exam. Eklavvya handles candidate identity checks, image, video and audio monitoring during the attempt, and the evidence trail you need if a result is later challenged. Tell us which parts you want to call and we will scope it.
Which plan do I need for proctored exams?
Candidate image capture is included on every plan; AI image, video, audio and 360° proctoring are Enterprise features.
Image capture photographs the candidate at set intervals. AI video proctoring monitors the session live, flags suspicious behaviour and stores the recording. If you are running high-stakes exams where a result must survive a challenge, you want video or 360° proctoring.
What happens if I use all my credits?
You buy additional credits at your existing rate — there is no penalty tier and no re-contracting.
Upgrading between plans works the same way: you pay the difference in exam credits and keep your question bank, users and historical results.
Do you offer discounted pricing for NGOs and foundations?
Yes. Eklavvya offers discounted pricing to NGOs and foundations working on social causes.

Are there any hardware, licence or upgrade costs?
No. There is no hardware cost, no software licence fee, and feature upgrades are included at no extra charge.
Eklavvya is cloud-hosted, so the subscription covers the platform, updates and the support level for your plan.
