Validated personality, aptitude, behavioural and cognitive inventories with norm groups, consistency checks, job-fit benchmarks and AI-scored candidate reports — used by corporates and campus placement cells across India.
A free psychometric test that shows you the report, not just a score
Most free personality quizzes end with a label. This one ends with what a hiring manager actually reads: a five-trait profile, a plain-English interpretation of each score, the strengths and watch-outs a recruiter would note against a role, and the interview question each trait usually invites. If you run hiring or campus placements, it is a three-minute way to see what a Big Five candidate report looks like before you commission one. If you are preparing for a psychometric round, it is the honest way to prepare — by understanding how your answers are read rather than trying to guess the "right" ones.
The five traits, in workplace terms
Curiosity, imagination and appetite for new ideas. High scorers suit strategy, design and research; low scorers suit defined, execution-heavy roles.
Organisation, follow-through and self-discipline. The trait most consistently linked to job performance across roles.
Sociability, energy and assertiveness. Predicts comfort in sales, client-facing and high-collaboration work.
Warmth, trust and cooperation. High scorers build teams; lower scorers make tougher negotiators and auditors.
Calm under pressure and speed of recovery from setbacks. Central to frontline, operations and leadership roles.
How the score is calculated
Each trait has four statements from the public-domain International Personality Item Pool, two phrased positively and two negatively. Answers on the 1–5 scale are summed after reversing the negative items, giving a raw score from 4 to 20, which is shown as a position on that scale from 0 to 100. Scores below about a third are read as low, above two-thirds as high, and the middle band as moderate. Because this is a sample and not a normed instrument, the number tells you where you sit on the scale, not how you compare with a specific population — that comparison is what the full assessment adds.
Rate the twenty statements from very inaccurate to very accurate. Go with your first instinct — deliberating rarely changes the profile.
Read your on-screen profile: a bar and a one-line read for each of the five traits. Nothing is uploaded; the scoring runs in your browser.

Frequently asked questions
Is this psychometric test free?
Yes. Answer the 20 statements and your Big Five profile appears on screen with no signup. The downloadable PDF report, which adds the full interpretation for each trait and suggested interview questions, is unlocked with a free account.
What does the test measure?
It measures the five broad personality traits used by most employment personality tests: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Emotional Stability. Each trait is scored from four public-domain IPIP statements on a five-point agreement scale.
Is a 20-question test accurate enough for hiring?
No. This is a sample to show what a Big Five profile and report look like. Selection decisions need a longer validated inventory with norm groups, consistency checks and job-specific benchmarks, which is what the full Eklavvya psychometric suite provides.
Can I use the report to prepare for a psychometric round?
Yes. The report shows how each trait is read by a recruiter and the kind of interview question that typically follows, so you can prepare honest, specific examples. There are no right or wrong answers, and trying to game a personality test usually produces an inconsistent profile.
Where do my answers go?
Nowhere. Scoring runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your profile are never sent to Eklavvya or stored on any server.
