But, with the right organizational hierarchy, it is possible to make the coordination a seamless process. As the college had multiple courses, one coordinator was assigned to each of the departments. A central coordinator was acting as an interface between department coordinators and the Eklavvya support team. Here is one example of the same-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Steps to Appear for Objective MCQ Exam with Proctoring | Eklavvya\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FtEMZrtYhUE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apart from this, the coordination of exam timings and links was automated, once the exam was assigned to students, the login credentials used to be sent automatically to the assigned students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Student_Data_Management_for_Online_Academic_Assessments\"><\/span>Student Data Management for Online Academic Assessments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eklavvya.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Student_data_management_in_organized_way-1-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"Student data management for online exam\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an institute with multiple courses, it is tedious to manage the data if it is unorganized, the Eklavvya helps colleges to keep the student data in an organized manner, the institute can create multiple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eklavvya.com\/blog\/how-to-define-batches-of-candidate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">student batches<\/a>, this can be done course-wise, academic year wise, stream wise or as per the requirement of the institute,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, as the volume of students was large, it was quite not possible to add the student data for each student one by one.
