One Excel template. Forty different ideas of what &#8220;result declaration date&#8221; means.<\/p>\n<p>Someone has posted a screenshot of a result notice instead of the file. Someone else has typed CO attainment figures from memory.<\/p>\n<p>The peer team visit is in eleven weeks, and half of the <strong>NAAC accreditation evidence<\/strong> is still a promise.<\/p>\n<p>Every university that has been through a Self Study Report knows this scene. It does not have to repeat.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"news-callout\">\n<p><strong>\u2757 Why the old rhythm no longer works.<\/strong> In February 2025 NAAC announced its biggest change since 2007: <a href=\"https:\/\/news.careers360.com\/naac-revamps-accreditation-process-will-implement-maturity-based-grading-current-grades-until-april-may-2025\/amp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Binary Accreditation followed by optional Maturity-Based Graded Levels<\/a>, MBGL, from Level 1 to Level 5.<\/p>\n<p>Levels 1 and 2 are assessed largely on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.raysolute.com\/naac-binary-accreditation-reaccreditation.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">digital data and documents<\/a>. Roughly 90% of accredited institutions still hold CGPA-era grades that expire across 2026-27, and the binary portal has not been fully live on schedule.<\/p>\n<p>Nobody can plan an 18-month sprint around a date that keeps moving. The evidence has to be ready all the time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>The problem is not that universities lack evidence.<\/p>\n<p>The examination system, question-paper system, ERP and LMS generate it every semester.<\/p>\n<p>The problem is that the evidence sits in six systems, in formats no assessor will read, and gets rebuilt by hand every cycle.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile NBA asks engineering programmes for
